 Q.  How do I become a Registered User?

Users who wish to register with FIRST should check the Member Directory to see if their company is already a FIRST Participating Member. If their company is listed in the 'Member Directory', then the new user should contact the Company Administrator listed for their company.

If their company is not listed in the Member Directory, then the user should select 'Registration' from the home page menu, fill out and submit the Company Registration form. This form will be forwarded to FIRST Customer Support for authentication of the required data. Upon authentication, a Company Administrator will be appointed and the username and password will be emailed to that individual.

Q. My Login and Password do not work or I have forgotten them.

The Company Administrator is principally responsible for the management of individual user logins and passwords. If you have forgotten your password, please contact your Company Administrator and request that your password be reset. If you do not know who your Company Administrator is, please go to the 'Member Directory' and look up your company name.

Q. Why are certain screens not appearing on my system?

There are varying levels of security within FIRST. Users can see much of the information within the FIRST application without logging in. Registered users will see different screen configurations with more functionality than non-registered classed by 'party type' validated through the login process. Additionally, security for different data elements is determined by the user's specific company reference.

Q.  Is there any charge for using FIRST system?

   There is no charge.
